The first year following the purchase date of your equipment, HDE offers a Free check-up* which consists of a complete diagnostic of your motorized equipment by our team of expert technicians. Up to 77 different control points** are checked to ensure a smooth running of your HDE equipment, optimizing its performance and longevity.
How does it work?
Fill out the online service request form at the bottom of this page. Ship your complete equipment (motor, battery, driveshaft and burrs) to your official technical center.
Upon receipt of your equipment, an HDE specialist technician will carry out the complete check-up.
*The free check-up only applies the first year after the purchase date of your equipment and for new motorized equipment registered on HDE website.
