The annual Free check-up* consists of a complete diagnostic of your motorized equipment by our team of expert technicians. Up to 77 different control points** are checked to ensure a smooth running of your HDE equipment, optimizing its performance and longevity.
How does it work?
Fill out the online service request form at the bottom of this page. Ship your complete equipment (motor, battery, driveshaft and burrs) to your official technical center.
Upon receipt of your equipment, an HDE specialist technician will carry out the complete check-up. If no repair is needed, only the one-way fee is payable for the return of your equipment.
In the case, where some parts have to be replaced, we will send you an estimate and realize the repairs one your approval and payment are received.
*The free check-up only applies for new motorized equipment registered on HDE website.
