Non-congenital dental malocclusions are a common finding in equine dentistry practice worldwide. These include abnormalities that have been caused by trauma, maleruption, wave mouth, shear mouth or as a result of dental extractions etc.. The large variance in aetiology and pathology results in numerous possible and at times divergent treatment approaches. The international panel consisting of 4 world-renowned equine dentistry experts will discuss diagnostics, odontoplasty instrumentation, precautions and development of treatment plans.
