Equine paranasal sinuses is a complex region from an anatomical point of view. Diseases of this region are often presented in horses, and need a precise diagnosis in order to plan the best treatment in each case. Therefore, diagnostic imaging plays an important role in this process. In this lecture, a review of the main anatomical features and the use of radiography for evaluating this region will be presented.
