DAY 1 (Thursday 5 October 2023): Lectures in Class Room (No limited number of delegates)
09:30-10:00 Important features of dental anatomy for difficult extraction cases
10:00-10:30 Diagnostics and indications for minimally invasive extraction of cheek teeth (MTE/MITR)
10:30-11:00 When is indicated to perform dentalsectioning/fractioning?
11:00-11:30 Incisor and canine extraction affected by equine odontoplastic tooth resorption and hypercementosis (EOTRH). Diagnosis, indication for extraction andtechniques
11:30-12:00 Coffee break at commercialarea
12:00-12:45 Radiography, advanced imaging (CT and MRI) and oroscopy to plan extraction on difficult cases
12:45-13:15 Techniques of minimally invasive extraction of cheek teeth(MTE/MITR)
13:15-14:30 Spanish local cuisine lunch
14:30-15:15 Alternative extraction techniques for difficult cases. Use of picks and sectioning/fractioning techniques
15:15-15:45 Alveolar packing and post-operativemanagement
15:45-16:15 Complications of dental extraction and its management
16:15-17:15 Discussion on difficult cases and roundtable
DAY 2 (Friday 6 October 2023): Practical exercises in laboratory (Limited to 16 delegates, 8 stations with 2 delegates perstation)
09:00-09:15 Delegate distribution and explanation of laboratory. One adult cadaver head on each station. Each station will have a complete set of instruments to perform each exercise and a DR XR system each 2 stations. At the beginning of each exercise a video will explain theexercise.

10:15-11:30 Exercise 2 MITR technique
11:30-12:45 Exercise 3 Selected exercise on difficult oral extraction
